At MWCH, we strive to create new homes and neighborhoods that you will be proud to present to your clients, and each of our new home marketing teams cooperates with agents and provides commissions.

To participate in our commission program, please make sure to have your client register in advance or upon their first visit to our community by completing the Broker Registration card at the sales office.

LAND OPPORTUNITIES

The development of a unique and meaningful MWCH new home community starts with a great piece of land - which is why our experienced land acquisition staff has forged best-in-class relationships with agents, brokers, land owners and development partners in our region. At MWCH, our land acquisition and development focus remains on Southern California with a special emphasis on coastal communities.

SUBCONTRACTORS

Thoughtful design, advanced technology and expert craftsmanship are just some of the hallmarks of an MWCH home - and we couldn’t deliver these advantages without our outstanding subcontractor partners. MWCH selects only the most respected and accomplished subcontractors of every trade to contribute to our projects. We require every one of our subcontractors to carry a valid contractors license and to meet strict insurance requirements. While our preferred contractors retain first priority in bidding available work, we encourage you to contact our Estimating Department to learn more about becoming a trade partner.
